The brain is a part of the body that requires plenty of fuel and oxygen in order to work efficiently.
In the task of learning,everyone needs to be feeding and treating their body well to maximise this process.
Your children should:
- Eat every few hours to keep their blood sugar levels up.
- Exercise daily
- Try to relax a few minutes each day.
- Sleep at least nine hours each night.
- Drink plenty of water.
- Eat a light lunch.
