If you have trouble getting your iPhone or iPad back off your kids you could try this handy app:
Screen Time is a simple app that allows you to set limits on the amount of time you children use an iPhone or iPad. Set a time length, press start and pass it to you children. After the time expires, a series of notifications will prevent your children from using the  device until you enter the correct passcode.

Feed your kid's brain-increase their learning speed

The brain is a part of the body that requires plenty of fuel and oxygen in order to work efficiently.
In the task of learning,everyone needs to be feeding and treating their body well to maximise this process.



Your children should:

  • Eat every few hours to keep their blood sugar levels up.
  • Exercise  daily
  • Try to relax a few minutes each day.
  • Sleep at least nine hours each night.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Eat a light lunch.
